Why you need IEC Registration?

Import Export (IE) Code is the first registration which is required for when you enter into the business of importing and exporting goods and services in and from India. Importers are not allowed to proceed without this code and exporters can’t take benefit of exports from DGFT, customs, Export Promotion Council, if they don’t have this code.

IEC Registration

Required Documents for IEC Registration

  • PAN card of business entity.
  • List of partners or directors in case of partnership firm/Limited Liability Partnership firm or Company respectively along with their residential address, ID proof, passport size photograph, and PAN card.
  • AOA and MOA in the case of the company or LLP agreement in the case of LLP or Partnership Deed in the case of the Partnership firm.
  • Bank Account statement.
  • Cancelled cheque of Current A/c.
